Shipping Information

We ship all our orders via Canada Post Express Post service. Upon order completion, you'll receive an email from Canada Post with the tracking number for your parcel (if tracking is available).  (Tracking is not available on international orders, and is limited with orders going to the U.S.)

Please allow:

  • 10 business days for delivery in Canada
  • 20 business days for delivery to the U.S.
  • up to 30 business days for delivery to the rest of the world

Parcels generally arrive very quickly but we are not able to track them any faster than the customer once they have been delivered to the post office. If a package is not delivered within the time frames given above, then we will do our utmost to solve the problem and either send a new parcel or refund the cost of the sale.

Rates below are based on packages weighing less than 1 kg (2.2 lbs.) If your order is larger than 1 kg (2.2 lbs) prices will vary according to weight.

  • CA $11.00 for deliveries in Canada
  • CA $15.00 for deliveries to the U.S.
  • CA $40.00 for deliveries to other International destinations.
  • CA $100.00 for International Express Post deliveries (on packages larger than 1kg sent Internationally).

Terms & Conditions
We always make an effort to see that your orders are shipped correctly and that they reach you safely and promptly. However, due to the nature of the inventory process there may be occasions when we are out of stock in a particular item or we may have to re-order certain out-of-stock items. We will inform you of the shipping date and any back-orders by telephone or email right away.

Return Policy:

All Returns:
If an item you've purchased does not meet your expectations, please feel free to bring it back to us for a store credit or exchange.  For all returns, we just ask that the item be returned in "like-new condition" with the original tags still attached.  (Also note: Body care products and intimate/underwear items are not returnable.)

Retail Store Purchases:
Garments Purchased at one of our retail locations may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or in-store credit.  Make sure the item is brought back with the receipt and original tags still attached.  The receipt is necessary to verify the original purchase location and helps us to more easily track down and process changes to your transaction. (Credit is offered via one of our Gift Cards, good for use at any location and with no expiry.)

Online Orders:
We appreciate that you don't have the ability to try on our garments online in the same way our in-store customers do, so we're always happy to accept online returns for ANY reason (within 45 days).  To ensure your request is processed accurately and promptly, we always request that you complete our "Return / Exchange Inquiry" so we have a record of your order coming back to us.

Exchanges:
If your item is the wrong size or colour, you may exchange it for another item, or we can give you a credit for future purchases.   Using the inquiry form, let us know what you'd prefer instead and we'll get it ready to send out (as soon as the return arrives in our mailbox).

Returns:
If you're not planning to exchange the item, then we will refund 100% of the cost on any merchandise (minus any applicable shipping charges).

Damaged goods:
If we erroneously send you a damaged or defective item, we will replace it or refund you the costs.  Because of our error, we'll also gladly cover the shipping charges incurred in getting a replacement to you as soon as possible.

Shipping fees:
Are otherwise non-refundable.  If returning an item, we'll refund you the value of the item minus any applicable shipping on the original order.  If exchanging a product online, we'll send you a Paypal money request just to cover the cost of shipping your new item to you.
