Canada Post

We ship via Canada Post Express Post service. You will receive an email from Canada Post with the tracking number for your parcel.
Please allow:

• 10 business days for delivery for delivery in Canada
• 20 business days for delivery to the U.S.
• up to 30 business days for delivery to the rest of the world

Parcels generally arrive very quickly but we are not able to track them any faster than the customer once they have been delivered to the post office. If a package is not delivered within the time frames given above, then we will do our utmost to solve the problem and either send a new parcel or refund the cost of the sale.

Rates below are based on packages weighing less than 1 kg (2.2 lbs.) If your order is larger than 1 kg (2.2 lbs) prices will vary according to weight.

• CA$10.00 for deliveries in Canada
• CA$14.00 for deliveries to the U.S.
• CA$40.00 for deliveries to other International destinations.

Terms & Conditions

We do our best to provide prompt service. However, due to the nature of the inventory process there may be occasions when we are out of stock in a particular item or we may have to re-order certain out-of-stock items. We will inform you of the shipping date and any back-orders by telephone or email. We will make an effort to see that your orders are shipped correctly and that they reach you safely.

Return Policy:

We appreciate that you do not have the ability to try on our garments in the same way our in-store customers do, and therefore we allow returns, with some stipulations, so that you may enjoy our products and find some things "just right for you".

Within 30 days you may ask for an authorization from us by emailing returns@hempandcompany.com with a note as to why you would like to return the item.

If your item is the wrong size or colour, you may exchange it for another item, or we will give you a credit for future purchases. Please return it postage paid and in "like new" (not worn or washed) condition, with original tags attached . We will pay the shipping costs of sending you your new item. Sorry, we can not offer cash rebates.

Damaged goods: If we erroneously send you a defective item, we will replace or refund you the costs.

Body care products and intimate/underwear items are not returnable.
